BT Capital Partners is „in talks with several companies about potential listings on the Bucharest Stock Exchange,‟ the company's CEO, Daniela Secară, told the ZF Capital Market conference held on September 25. „Entrepreneurs are increasingly looking at the capital market as a viable alternative for financing. We are currently in talks with several companies, but of course, I cannot disclose any specific names just yet,‟ she said.
According to Daniela Secară, the companies engaged in talks with BT Capital Partners know that stock market listing requires a thorough preparation period. The structure of the offering is set right before going public, depending on institutional investors' feedback.
